Hi I am also from Kaikadi Comunity, I heard about the writer Shri. Laxman Mane a lot. But what i have felt is he should not convert himself from Hindu Religon to Buddism because you should not forget that whatever status you have now that is b'caz of only n only Hindus (Marathi). Rest of the things I will right later on...........
